Refilled drinking water was obtained via the processing process. Nevertheless, refillable drinking water can still be contaminated by pathogenic bacteria during its distribution or use through dispensers. Coliform bacteria are polluting bacteria. Coliform bacteria are pathogenic bacteria, whose presence indicators determine whether a source of water has been contaminated by pathogens. The purpose of this study was to determine the contamination of drinking water coliform bacteria in dispensers in the East Kalimantan Provincial Pembina SLBN. This type of study was descriptive, with a sampling technique using the total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using primary data were obtained by examining the Most Probable Number (MPN) method in July 2022. Data processing was performed using computer software. The results of this study showed that the refilled drinking water in the dispensers examined was contaminated with coliform bacteria, with a total value of 10/100 ml and 12/100 ml, and fecal coliform 9/100 ml, 10/100 ml and 12/100 ml. Based on these results, the refills of drinking water in dispensers at SLBN Pembina, East Kalimantan Province, did not meet the requirements of the Indonesian Minister of Health, N0.492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 concerning coliform content in drinks, which is 0 MPN/100 ml.
