MANAJEMEN LOGISTIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESIAPAN TEMPUR ALUTSISTA TNI AL

Abstract

Studi ini didesain untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang implementasi DLT di KRI Kelas Diponegoro. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah apakah penyelenggaraan DLT telah dilaksanakan secara utuh dalam mewujudkan kesiapan tempur. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan teori manajemen logistik, manajemen pemeliharaan, manajemen rantai pasok dan balance scorecard. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kendala dalam penyelenggaraan dukungan logistik, yaitu : sistem inventori, organisasi, personel pengawak dan anggaran. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa penyelenggaraan DLT belum dilaksanakan secara utuh sesuai teori. Rekomendasi yang disarankan adalah perlunya pemanfaatan sistem informasi, peningkatan personel dan anggaran, serta percepatan pembentukan komando pemeliharaan.
