MEMBANGUN KEAMANAN MARITIM INDONESIA DALAM ANALISA KEPENTINGAN, ANCAMAN, DAN KEKUATAN LAUT

Keamanan maritim Indonesia merupakan bagian penting dari sistem kemaritiman Indonesia, dan mengandung misi yang cukup kompleks yang menjadi tantangan dan sekaligus permasalahan dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat. Pemahaman terhadap keamanan maritim dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat masih belum sepenuhnya sama, dikarenakan perbedaan yang mendasar dari bidang-bidang tugas yang mereka geluti. Untuk itu dalam tulisan ini, penulis mencoba merumuskan berbagai hal yang terkait dengan kemaritiman Indonesia, berdasarkan analisa kepentingan, ancaman, dan kekuatan laut. Beberapa hal yang menjadi bahan analisis yaitu: kepentingan nasional Indonesia di bidang kemaritiman, ancaman yang perlu menjadi perhatian utama dalam penanganannya, pengertian dan lingkup keamanan maritim, serta upaya-upaya yang diperlukan dalam membangun kekuatan maritim Indonesia.
