PENTINGNYA KAPABILITAS NEGOSIATOR DALAM KERJA SAMA INTERNASIONAL DI BIDANG TEKNOLOGI PERTAHANAN: KASUS PROYEK KFX/IFX

Setiap negara membutuhkan kekuatan pertahanan yang terus diperbarui dan mempunyai teknologi yang canggih. Untuk peningkatan kapasitas teknologi pertahanan tersebut, Indonesia membutuhkan kerja sama dengan negara lain. Dalam pembentukan suatu kerja sama, negosiasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi kepentingan negara terkait yang saling bertubrukan. Kapabilitas negosiator yang baik sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai kepentingan Indonesia di bidang teknologi pertahanan dalam kerja sama yang dijalin dengan negara lain, termasuk dengan Korea Selatan. Joint Development pengembangan KFX/IFX, yang dibentuk antara Indonesia dan Korea Selatan, membutuhkan kapabilitas negosiator yang memadai, sehingga Indonesia mendapatkan kapasitas teknologi pertahanan yang sesuai dengan kondisi geografi wilayahnya.
